The powerful Olympus Dictation Module allows authors to send through their dictations easily to their typists via the Local Area Network, FTP, or email.
If you’re a Dragon Voice Recognition user, the ODMS can also be integrated with this software for automatic speech-to-text transcription of your dictation; the output of which can then be listened to and proofread by your typist for editing and formatting.
Professional dictation made easy
Dictate directly to your PC via a Directrec (or other supported microphone) or download automatically from your portable voice recorder and Olympus ODMS Dictate will do the rest.
Send your dictation audio directly to your typist/s via local area network (LAN), FTP or email. Alternatively, submit your dictation audio for automatic speech-to-text transcription in the background via Dragon*. Once completed your dictation can be edited and proof read by you or your typist.
The simple and clean user interface makes Olympus ODMS the "go to software" for users that are converting from analogue (tape) dictation to digital. Whilst the powerful workflow functionality also makes Olympus ODMS suitable for established firms.
Geared for Speech Recognition
Use with Dragon Professional or Dragon Legal for automatic speech-to-text transcription of your dictation audio in the back ground. ODMS Dictate is compatible with Dragon Professional and Dragon Legal V12+
Olympus ODMS is licensed per active PC. Olympus ODMS Pro Transcribe software is fully supported for Windows 7 and Windows 8.
