The perfect partner to the Olympus Pro Dictate Software, the Olympus Transcription Module can receive dictation audios from multiple authors via Local Area Network, FTP, or email.

Typists can transcribe traditionally if they wish to with the use of an Olympus USB Foot Control pedal (RS-28 or RS-31) and headset, or if the authors are Dragon voice recognition users, they can integrate the system with for its speech-to-text capabilities making workflow that much easier and efficient.

Transcribe traditionally - with the aid of the Olympus USB Foot Control (RS-28 or RS-31) and Headset - or submit for automatic speech-to-text conversion in the back ground* ready for you to proof read, correct and format.

Receive dictation audio from multiple authors, using multiple recording devices, directly into your transcription In Tray via local area network (LAN), FTP or email. Transcribe traditionally or submit your dictation audio for automatic speech-to-text transcription in the background via Dragon*. Once completed your dictation audio is routed to the dictation Finished folder where it is saved for your required period of time before being purged - whilst your document follows it's normal workflow.

Olympus Transcription Module

ODMS R6 Transcription software is supplied with the Olympus AS-7000 Transcription Kit. This module is used for transcribing documents, managing dictations and correcting documents using the voice recognition features.

Geared for Speech Recognition

Use with Dragon Professional or Dragon Legal for automatic speech-to-text transcription of your dictation audio in the back ground. ODMS Transcribe is compatible with Dragon Professional and Dragon Legal V12+

Olympus ODMS is licensed per active PC. Olympus ODMS Pro Transcribe software is fully supported for Windows 7 and Windows 8.
